Just A Simple 'Clean and Polish'

If the structure of the item has already been examined and has been deemed secure, then it is possible that all your jewellery needs, is some ‘good ol’ fashioned’ T.L.C.!

Or rather, a careful clean and polish. After all, there is still the possibility that some of that built in grime is the only reason that some stones are still held in place. In that case, better they come out during its cleaning, when they can be retrieved and re-set, rather than when you’re out & about and have less chance of knowing when they’re gone.
